How to return items

Items eligible for return

- Products that are damaged or faulty
- Orders that arrive incomplete
- All returns must be returned in their original packaging, and in the condition which they were received.
- Please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 working days of delivery to request an item return.

Credit may be returned to you in the following ways:

- As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from
- As a refund to your account in Chalorace Onlineshop

Items which cannot be returned

Products can not be returned more than 3 days of delivery.
